It has been awhile since I have written and for good reason. Business has been growing – thank you! – both on the client side and on our team side, which leads me to why I am writing to you today.
YOU MAY HAVE SEEN SOME CHANGES.
When I first decided on Mediahabit years ago as a business name for myself, it described a broader vision and explanation of the services I offered as a freelancer. While Mediahabit worked for my service offerings over the years, it no longer adequately represented the core of what I offer and what I have come to be known for in the digital space.
I’m a design visionary. I am adept at taking a brand from initial concept and building it out for optimal long term engagement. I am able to capture the essence of a brand in all of the details – big and small – and develop a strategy across all channels. This is how I approach all of my client work – creative direction paired with strategic thinking for long term and immediate goals. I build brands. It’s a habit.
And there it was…Brandhabit.
Nowadays, I’m no longer a team of one. I am now the creative and strategic lead with an experienced team of creatives, developers and strategists. We are a new type of agency. Each of us located in different cities around the world, coming together to collaborate with one another and most importantly, with you, to build a brand that resonates with your ideal client.
This is where great design and strategy become habit. We use our knowledge and experience across a wide range of industries to understand your target audience and why they make the buying decisions they do. This is what enables us to build bold beautiful brands, create results driven strategy, and deliver digital brand experiences for our clients that are memorable and nurture long lasting relationships.
So this is it. We’re officially announcing the change from Mediahabit to Brandhabit.
Brandhabit. We create brands. We deliver experiences.

Embodiment Therapist (Instagram):
Trust your inner voice and all of the beauty and strength that lies within you.
Know that you are capable. You are capable of great things. You are capable of change, forgiveness (most importantly of yourself), and of writing your own narrative. You decide your story. No one else. You and only you.
So close your eyes. Take a deep breath and STEP INTO YOU.
Yoga Practitioner (Instagram – first time teaching live since 2020):
This is what I have missed.
The resonance of the collective sound of OM.
Basking in the collective intention of loving kindness.
The power of touch! Teaching with my hands rather than only my voice and zoom demos!
Being guided by the magical alchemy of the student-teacher relationship.
Feeling revelry and buzz in the yoga room and using that shakti to teach from.
Teaching in the moment relative to who is in the class.
Feeling the support and kind presence of long time students in class.
Meeting the brand new student and sensing how he/she/they is moved by the work.
Watching and listening to the rise and fall of everyone’s breath.
Spontaneous laughter, tears, giggles, moans, murmurs and cries.
Rejoicing in the buddha nature of you, me and every single person in class.
Listening to the presence of an invisible force to guide me in the room.
My heart is full!

Ebb and Flow.
It’s a natural rhythm to business. There will be times of rapid growth and times where you hit a plateau and even times where you may experience loss in clients or revenue.
It’s natural. It’s part of the process.
Each and every cycle of business provides us with new information and tools to evaluate what is and isn’t working.
Be fluid with your business. Maintain a mindset and ability to shift when needed to. Take note of what you can maximize, what to minimize and what to remove entirely. Apply this thinking to all areas of your business.
Remind yourself of what your big picture goals are for your business. Ask questions. What aligns with your vision? What is getting in the way? What is holding you back? Asking these questions consistently about your business will allow you to maintain a clear direction as you build your business.
It’s for the long run. It’s a series of steps that drive you to results. Will you see immediate changes? Sometimes yes, and sometimes no. Every business and brand is unique. Your strategy will, and should, differ from your competitors. If it doesn’t then you are doing something out of alignment with your brand. If you want long lasting results and engagement with your brand, then switch it up.
Be different. Be you.
